Mentorship program 

We participated in the Girls in Tech Nepal Mentorship program which was tailored for young women involved in the field of technology and entrepreneurship. Our founder, Mr. Prakash Subedi, mentored university students for four months on various topics including IoT, Telecommunications, Electronics and Career Building.

The mentorship program helped the young university girls to set up their career goals, learn about the scholarships opportunities across the globe, develop transferable skills like presentation, communication, team work, and leadership skills. We also organised the sessions with guest speakers who are experts in their fields to share their experiences and guide the students. 

Career Counselling Session 

We organized the career counselling session for the computer science students of PSNA college of Engineering, India. The main goal of this session was to guide the undergraduate students about higher education, and employment opportunities in European countries. Additionally, our co-founder Srishti Gaihre, emphasised on the projects that they can undertake to build their skills and prepare for the job opportunities. She also discussed the open source projects as well as volunteering works that the students can carry out to enhance their technical as well as soft skills.

GIT Nepal Hackathon

In a Hackathon organised by Girls in Tech (GIT), the team mentored by Prakash Subedi, was awarded 2nd Runner Up position. In this one week long Hackathon, the team developed various ideas to support rural women through technology. The winning idea of the team is to build a platform that would connect the women involved in agriculture to the market and vice versa. Besides, the team was mentored on idea incubation phase to product fruition. 

Career Series with Tribhuvan University, Nepal 

In the career series talk organized by the student of Institute of Engineering Pulchowk, Tribhuvan University Nepal, Prakash Subedi shared inspiring experience with the students on building a resilient career. He discussed on topics ranging from scholarship opportunities to job prospect and career choices that students can pursue. He also answered the questions from the students and encouraged to build an impactful career in technology to help develop better society.
